Job Description

AI Solutions LeadRemoteFull TimePrimacyExperiencedPrimacy is seeking an AI Solutions Lead to join the team to focus on the establishment of artificial intelligence across the agency.  This role will partner with agency leadership to help define and implement scalable patterns and frameworks for AI implementations. This role serves as a subject matter expert to help vet technology for both client and internal uses. Experimentation and relentless curiosity will be essential attributes of this role. Proof of concepts will be developed per industry that can improve efficiency for our clients and our internal teams.

This role will be a blend of strategy, innovation, and implementation. The AI Solutions Lead will work closely with agency leadership, client teams, technologists, and creative teams to identify opportunities where AI can deliver measurable value for both clients and the agency. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on—someone who can translate AI innovation into real-world client and industry specific applications to drive operational efficiencies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • AI Solutions Lead
    • Collaborate to define and lead the agency’s AI strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market opportunities.
    • Build and scale the AI service offerings, tools, and frameworks.
    • Identify emerging AI technologies and evaluate their potential applications within client use cases and industries.
    • Engage with a spanerse set of users to identify and deliver AI centric solutions that drive operational efficiency.
    • Partner with agency leadership to position the agency as a thought leader in AI-enabled marketing solutions.
  • Client Solutions & Innovation
    • Design and implement AI-driven solutions across core service offerings.
    • Support client teams in integrating AI into project work.
    • Lead pilot initiatives and proof-of-concepts that demonstrate AI-driven value.
    • Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, actionable business solutions for clients.
    • Establish success metrics and run post-implementation reviews to iterate quickly.
  • Internal Enablement
    • Influence AI adoption across the agency, helping teams understand how AI can improve efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Develop internal best practices, governance, and ethical AI guidelines.
  • Business Development & Thought Leadership
    • Partner with growth and sales teams to incorporate AI solutions into new business opportunities.
    • Support proposals and client presentations related to AI-enabled services.
    • Represent the agency in industry forums, conferences, and thought leadership initiatives.
    • Publish insights on AI trends impacting marketing and customer engagement.

What it takes to succeed in this role
QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. 8 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing technology, data strategy, or AI-driven solutions.
  2. Demonstrated experience implementing AI or machine learning solutions in marketing, analytics, or customer experience environments.
  3. Experience working within a digital agency, consultancy, or marketing services organization strongly preferred.
  4. Strong understanding of marketing ecosystems including CRM, CDP, marketing automation, media platforms, and analytics tools.
  5. Preferred: >2 AWS certifications

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Occasional standing, walking, or lifting of office supplies (up to 10–20 lbs.)
  • Frequent communication via phone, email, and video conferencing.
  • Work is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment with standard lighting and noise levels.
  • Position may require occasional travel to client site.

COMPENSATION:
We offer a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. The compensation range for this position is $120,000 annually, based on years of experience and skillset, with potential for performance-based bonuses, 401k with employer match, and medical benefits.
