As the Entry Level Account Executive, your responsibilities will include:
Developing new business — prospecting and fostering relationships
Managing assigned territory effectively
Educating homeowners on the benefits of switching to renewable energy
Guiding customers through the enrollment process
Compensation Breakdown:
- Minimum OTE based on performance - $36,000 - $58,000
- Performance bonuses
- PTO Package
- Federal holidays off
Since this is a customer-facing role, the Entry Level Account Executive will need to possess the following skills/work history:
Proven high-performance sales experience preferred
Confident, assertive and quick-thinking
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
Demonstrated skills at building enduring customer relationships, strategic selling, attention to detail and organization
Outgoing personality
