Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager to join our team in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring all objectives are met while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout.
• Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project alignment and communication.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
• Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management.
• Negotiate contracts and manage subcontractor agreements.
• Lead project meetings and provide clear direction to team members and subcontractors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the DFW area.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
